Ron & Lynette Lewis
Ron founded Every Nation Church, New York in response to the tragedy of 9/11 and has been reaching the greater metropolitan area of New York City ever since. He is also the founder and overseer of King’s Park International Church in North Carolina, has helped start over 100 churches around the world, and has started ministries such as Campus Harvest, Youth Life of Durham, NC, and Jordan Lewis Missions. Ron received theological training from Reformed Theological Seminary, authored two books, served on many Non Profit Boards including Every Nation Churches and Ministries.
Lynette’s eclectic career journey has taken her from PR and fundraising at a major university to the senior marketing leader for the National Women’s Initiative at Deloitte & Touche. She now speaks to audiences worldwide, from corporate boards to large churches, on knowing your purpose and living your dreams. Lynette is also an author, business consultant, and a TEDx speaker.
Ron and Lynette have three sons, all happily married, and one son with Jesus in heaven, young twin daughters, and two grandchildren.
Pastor of New Jersey Site
After a fourteen-year professional ice hockey career, Pastor Adam now spends his time pastoring and growing our church in New Jersey. He also has the privilege of being the Chaplain of the New York Jets. A self-confessed homebody, Adam is devoted to his wife Susan, his two daughters, and three dogs.
Bruce & Teri Ho
Pastor of Discipleship and Director of Worship
Meeting at an Every Nation World Conference, Bruce and Teri were both employed at other Every Nation churches before working at Every Nation Church, New York. After moving from Hawaii in 2004 for a one-year sabbatical, Bruce never left us and is now our Discipleship Pastor. Teri moved from the Philippines to New York City in 2011 and directs all things worship across both our Manhattan, AM and PM sites.
Voted most photogenic smiles and most likely to let you sleep on their couch, Bruce and Teri can often be found taking someone out to one of their favorite restaurants in Manhattan.
Nathan & Ailsa Lewis
Pastor of PM Site and Communications Director
After 11 years in the U.K., where he pastored a church in Edinburgh, Nathan moved back to the US, this time to New York City to reach the world in a city. When he is not dreaming about where to find a decent bouldering spot, you can find Nathan building and pastoring our PM service.
Ailsa is generally on an over-caffeinated tour of the playgrounds of Manhattan, posting too often on social media, or writing copy for our website. They live in Harlem, Manhattan, with their two children.
Kaz & Akie Iinuma
You can ask anyone in our church and they will tell you that Kaz and Akie are the most lovely people in the world. Originally from Japan and fluent in Japanese, they now live with their four children in Harlem, Manhattan.
Kaz is officially our Executive Pastor but he considers himself more like a ninja, taking care of business without being seen. Akie is an ardent intercessor and runs our most sought after Connect Group. Sorry men this one is only for women.
Joseph & Virginia ford
Site Leader of Iglesia Hispana
Having met at the Every Nation World Conference in 2013, Joseph and Virginia love the different cultures and languages all represented in New York City. God called them both to plant the first Hispanic Every Nation Church, New York and see the lives of the Hispanic community transformed by the gospel. Though still in the launch phase in 2018, Iglesia Hispana is already growing and seeing people come to the Lord. Devoted to their family, Joseph and Virginia live with their two daughters in the Bronx and enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors.
Associate Pastor of AM Service
Shino is our resident former NFL football player turned Pastor. Pastor Shino concentrates his time in Every Nation New Jersey but every so often you will spot him preaching the passion at one of our New York City services. In his spare time, Pastor Shino enjoys being the best-dressed man in the room, hanging out with his three children, and coaching a little league football team.

Jeff & Erika Truong
Having grown up together in New Jersey, Jeff and Erika moved from Boston to New York City in 2016. Jeff makes a lot of things run smoothly in our church, including Connect Groups, but his heart is about building relationships and investing in other people’s stories of God.
Despite working full time for a non-profit, Erika also supports and ministers to many women in our church. If you ever need a listening ear, some laughs, and great cake (thank you Erika) you need to spend time with Jeff and Erika.
Moving to New York City in 2016 from North Carolina, Kenny works on everything outreach among other things in our church. When he is not doing a God Test in Union Square or helping people discover their prophetic gifting, you may spot Kenny writing fiction in various coffee shops around the city. Kenny lives in Brooklyn.
Originally from Cameroon, Favour moved to the USA in 2009. You may spot Favour in our 414 office if you pop in for a visit or bringing the house down on stage at one of our Manhattan Sunday services. She also founded and is the CEO of the non-profit, Raising a Generation of Esthers, empowering young women through scholarships, mentoring, and leadership development.
Selene & Randy De Los Santos
Campus Ministers, NYU
Having moved to New York City to study acting, Selene met Jesus while she was a student in New York City. While studying, she realized that she would never be fully satisfied if she couldn’t tell people about true hope of Jesus so she became a full-time Campus Minister.
Randy is a pharmacist by profession but also ministers to the students of NYU in his spare time. Living in Harlem with their two children, the De Los Santos are a family of extroverts, who love a good chat or indulging Selene in her secret passion for cartoons.
Campus Minister, St. John's University
Born and raised in Queens, Canile has been a campus minister with Every Nation Church, New York at St John’s University since 2011. He is committed to reaching students for Christ, sending out disciples and leaders across NYC and the world. Canile loves New York City for the diversity of people and food, particularly enjoying the occasional Jjajangmyun with Tangsuyuk.
Mar-Li, the baby-whisperer, boss woman, and self- confessed food lover. Since moving to New York City in 2012 from Durham, North Carolina, Mar- Li has been getting things done in the name of Every Nation Church, New York. She currently directs and runs our Growth Track among a bunch of other stuff. If it is on, you’ll usually find Mar-Li making it happen.
